Not terrible but not terrific either.
The best things about this hotel are the location, just off of I90, and the price. It was significantly less money than the other hotels in the area. Also the breakfast good was better than I expected. The worst things are that the walls are paper thin, we could hear every door slam, every conversation, every squeaky wheel on every rolling suitcase. Also the breakfast dining area was overcrowded and not clean.

The breakfast room tv was very loud and i asked to have it turned down or even off, they were not accommodating. One breakfast morning the coffee was empty and when i mentioned that to the young male employee, i was told to check for coffee in the lobby. Their paperwork they hand you states they will have your room cleaned every third day, i had to ask way it wasn't cleaned and told you need to ask. Sunday they ran out of breakfast food. With multiple options in the area, do yourself a favor and go to those options.

People having parties and drinking in the pool area. Not supervising their children made the pool unusable to other guests. No staff seemed to care. Also running around and jumping off the top ledge extremely unsafe.

I am always worried about the cleanliness of a hotel and I was happy with this one. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious even at the end. The coffee wasn’t good…too weak and would be nice if breakfast ended at 10 instead of 9:30 but that stuff is minor. Overall very happy and would stay here again.

asked for room on main floor and they put us next to pool and was so noisy and kids in there screaming til 10 pm and night attendant was not helpful at all - No hello can i help you or go away just not pleasant. my daughter asked her for milk to take her pills and said you didn't have any. i know other places will get one from breakfast area. really you charge enough for room and can't give her a milk? there were kids running up and down hall ways screaming and making a mess at the coffee bar and no parents around. very frustrating
