We had a Premier Plus room so nice & spacious. Clean room with good amenities including WiFi. Friendly & helpful staff. Onsite restaurant & bar was good especially happy hour deals. Good location in the centre of the historic. Easy free parking close by.

Bra rum, bra sängar, helt ok dusch, bra frukost. Vänlig och Tillmötesgående personal men de hade svårt att checka in oss för de visste inte hur man gjorde det med vår bokning från (Expedia) - något vi aldrig varit med om tidigare. Rummet saknade också en uppsättning handdukar men personalen var mycket vänliga och kom upp med en uppsättning till.

We had a lovely time. The whole staff, starting with Sue, who checked us in, were brilliant, the breakfast outstanding, the room clean, the view of the river and opposite shore outstanding. We plan to return.

Had a 2 night stay. Booked this property as it had an elevator and travelling with an elderly parent with reduced mobility. On arrival late in the evening we learned that both elevators were out of order. We were on the 3rd floor with no other suitable rooms available. With assistance from staff and another guest we made it to the room. We were able to switch to a lower room the next morning. All staff were very apologetic and went out of their way to help us make the stay positive despite the challenges, Including moving all our luggage to the new room while we were out. Rooms were roomy, clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good with choice of a full cooked breakfast or continental. Despite the elevator challenge I would recommend the hotel and visit again.
