Love this hotel
Love the staff here at Hotel resol Osaka. Just entering the hotel lobby, I felt instantly relaxed due to their aromatherapy scents. I felt at home and at ease from my commute to Osaka! I highly recommend and grateful for all the staff's effort and work to make their guest feel comfortable and happy. They provided us with everything we needed to even water bottles. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic. Central location. Amazing skin and hair products given. Bed was super comfy. Only thing that was average was the breakfast however I’m a vegetarian and the range did look amazing for meat eaters.

Small hotel for short stay
Very friendly and helpful staffs. We stayed in a double bed room, the room was quite small. But it is very clean, the bed was comfortable too. The public bath is rather too small for such a hotel size. It is too crowded. Location was good, it is mins from the metro station. Not many restaurants options in the area though.

Excellent hotel with amazing customer service, amazing room and very convenient location, in walking distance of two train lines and plenty of dining options. My only complaint is the washing machine we used didn't have much if any detergent in it when we used it, so it made washing our clothes a bit pointless. But, the washers and dryers had the option of letting you pay through an app, which I thought was very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

The Resol Hotel Osaka Delivered on all fronts. Helpful and happy staff, Great location only about 300 yards away from the Yodoyabashi Metro Station. Quiet luxury hotel & less than 10mins walk to your nearest train stop. Super clean & stylish hotel - quite spacious for a hotel in Japan! Love the buffet selection and communal bath to relax after all the walking in Osaka. Super close to grocery store, supermarket, local eateries and cafes.

A fantastic experience! The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, amazing after a long day of exploring. Room was incredibly clean and the bedding was so comfortable. The room was small, which was expected, but it was just enough space. It's walkable to the nearest station and local restaurants, very convenient. The onsen was one of my favourite aspects; the facility was always clean. I loved staying here and would consider staying here again in the future.
