Acceptable

This was a very affordable hotel, but they needed to do things to make that a reality. The room was old but had fresh paint. The curtain didn't cover the window enough to keep out the light, a little rust in the bathtub, not the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen, and there wasn't a frig or microwave. It wasn't the worst and I was okay with it for the price. It was loud due to proximity to the highway, I imagine staying on the pool side would have been better.

It serves the purpose, clean bed and restrooms. There is no extra niceties like microwave, iron etc… Obviously not necessary when making a pit stop to rest.

Loved it!

We loved the "chill" vibes! Very clean with comfortable beds and quiet rooms. They even provided us with cruiser bikes to ride on the trails which are close by. Thank you Rambler staff for the great hospitality!

Great stay for the whole family!

The Rambler was a great spot for my family for the start of our spring break road trip. The rooms are comfy and the downstairs lobby with arcade and a cafe was fun for everyone. We even enjoyed hanging out in the pool area. A great find for all ages!

Kind staff and comfy rooms.

We stayed at the Rambler 4 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and it was quiet. It was a bit chilly to swim and there was an issue with the pool boiler but the pool area was nice. The cafe was convenient but a bit understaffed, so slow. The staff were very nice. The location is near a beautiful new park opening soon along the bay, but it is a little edgy. Close to tram and easy access to highway. There were a couple times when we wanted to sit on front picnic area but did not feel comfortable as "wanderers" from the area used it as a spot to hang. I think this is a great hotel for the price if you aren't looking for a normal hotel experience. We would give it another shot.
