Terrible check in queue.
There were 100 people all trying to check in when I arrived. The Wye was horrendous and moving slowly. Most people were from a cancelled BA flight. All arrived at once. Only the receptionist who came along the queue asking if there were any non BA people waiting in the hour long queue. Hats off to her and her initiative.

Good place to stay pre early flight
It was a good place to stay prior to an early flight, the bus transfer is a rip off though and you can walk to end of the road to get a normal airport bus to various terminals for 1/3 of cost. Room was clean with a great shower.

Van drivers beware
Hotel was pretty good, clean, etc, all you would normally expect from a repeatable hotel chain. However the carpark, has cameras but no security and my van was broken into, all power tools stolen leaving me without tool for work! The staff person I spoke to on reception said they deal with the police for cctv, I took that as it’s my problem unless the police ask.. Anyway.. Van driver's beware and until then was pretty good..

Not sure if we will be back…
Room was quite small for two people, limited space to put your luggage. It’s also outdated, terrible marks on the carpet. No air conditioning so it was quite warm in the room even with the window open. Bathroom needs a good clean as you can see all the limescale and black mould. Cheap for short stay. Good area to sit downstairs, lovely coffee and attentive staff.
