Great value for the price, bad communication
We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem.
The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family.
Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication:
1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so unprofessional and inconvenience, they didn't even allow me 1 day to make the transfer and it had to be in the morning.
2nd: They kept saying something about a contract, I have no idea what they are talking about, also they said we sent it over Whatsapp, since when is Whatsapp a proper way of communication?
