Yes the staff was great I didn't have all of my deposit and they let me by with just half I greatly appreciate it because I didn't know what else to do or how my plan was going to work... Now I ask everyone to not believe what the reviews say honestly my stay was great and the room was perfect good hot water,very warm AC and a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed two nights.The staff was nice the few times we saw them. There was no fee for pets. There is no breakfast, and no coffee in the rooms. No hot water for the showers, or soap if you forgot yours. There was a cockroach on the wall when we walked in the room. The sink in the bathroom was moldy, there a pubic hair on the shower wall. There was a cigarette burn in the sheets on one of the beds. The police showed up twice while we were there and all night other guests were screaming and stomping.

Check in took forever, it was as if they were illiterate. Room was dirty and smelled terrible. The lights did not work as there were no outlets to plug them in with. Room had German roaches, I checked out immediately. The entire place needs to be shut down, fumigation and remodeled. Then, staffed with competent and efficient personnel. DO NOT STAY HERE. RUN.

The room was huge…cool layout with the bedroom up in a loft. The usual bathroom items were really sparse (only one towel and one hand towel per bathroom…no wash cloths). Only a small bar of soap…no shampoo, lotion, etc. Several outlets didn’t work making charging phones interesting. My biggest issue was all the people hanging out in the stairs smoking…. It comes right in the AC so we ended up smelling like cigarettes. 😷

Expedia said a$50 damage deposit would be charged against my card, but they required $100 in cash - luckily I had it and didn't have to drive around for an ATM in a strange town. I got a receipt and its return on checkout, so I think a communications deficit between the hotel and expedia. Staff was friendly and room was clean, but the bathroom doorknob was coming off and could not shut, plus the drawer pulls were installed INSIDE the drawers instead of outside. I alerted staff, but as it was a weekend, did not see it fixed before I left. Not the worst place I ever stayed, especially for the price, but definitely not the best either.
