Customer Service
Stayed at this location while awaiting closing on our house. This is a newer property compared to the others, in a quiet location. Our stay was what you would expect at a La Quinta. Clean property, clean linen. Standard hot breakfast. However, the real purpose of this review is credited to the manager. April is top notch! She was very professional, accommodating and caring. Because of her, we will definitely consider coming back. Customer service is a lost art nowadays. If La Quinta upper management reads these reviews: April is an asset to your company. She stands out and turns a mediocre stay into a five star experience. She went out of her way to make this stressful transition easier. And genuinely interacts with each guest. Thank you April for all you have done for my family and I!

Never Again
First off the hotel couldnt accept my method of payment. Thank God I had another way to pay. When we got to the room there was something sticky all over the night stand. One of the drawers was falling apart. The water pressure sucked. The bar of soap provided by the hotel had to be the smallest I've ever seen. The lights constantly flickered. I felt like I was disco dancing. There was an issue with the pipes which made a loud noise ALL NIGHT. There was a basketball tournament in town so children played in the hallways all night. The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were brown, the potatoes were hard and unflavorful. I dont know if the facility is under new management or if it needs to be, but never again.

I spoke to the front desk and she took notes of issues in the room. Bathroom mirror light would strobe after being on for a few minutes. Blood or hair dye on the wall next to towels. Laminate finish peeling off bathroom sink. Two bedroom lights did not work(found switches, lights burned out). Freezer needs deep cleaned, red fruit juice?

Sufficient stay. Subpar shower.
The only issue that I had with the hotel was the fact that they did not have any body wash in our bathrooms. All of the bottles were shampoo or conditioner. We didn't manage to get some though. The second issue was the lack of water pressure from the shower. It felt more like a trickle than it did a spray. Even the settings did not help. However the one good thing I will say was that the lady at the desk gave us an extension on our checkout time due to the surprise snowfall that happened Sunday morning.

Great hotel, friendly staff, will be back.
Very nice, new hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed for business but will be back the next time I am in town to see family. There are a few restaurants in the area and grocery stores for convenience. This is close to Ford-Kentucky Truck, so if you are there for work, this would be a solid option for your stay.
