Receptionist was very polite and also let me check in early as I was having a medical procedure that morning and wanted to get situated beforehand. Property was very clean, the key card worked well and there is a McDonald's across the street.

The staff was nice. Full size nice fridge, nice microwave, nice tv, and comfy bed. My shower worked fine with hot water. The table and futon couch were very cheap. But what made it such a poor experience was the locals that live there. It is more of an apartment for homeless that live there a month at a time. Without doubt the loudest stay I've ever had and I pretty much full time travel. Non stop banging, stomping, doors slamming, people yelling and fighting. Alot of shady people. Wouldn't trust any valuables in room or vehicle.

The hotel was in a nice location based on my planned activities. The price was great and there was a full size refrigerator in my room. There was also coffee all day long and while it was standard coffee I thought it tasted good. The bathroom was awful. The door handle was coming off and the shower didn't have hot water. Also there was only one water setting and the water shot out in a straight line. Also they allow pets there and the dogs were barking in the middle of the night. I could also hear people moving around all night on the floor above me. They also screwed up my paperwork on check in and almost rented my room out to someone else while I was there. Someone actually tried coming in but I had the deadbolt on. It was quite ridiculous and would not stay there again.
