Eh. Will spend a little more to go elsewhere
I spoke with someone at the desk by phone the night before our check in who provided inaccurate information so when we got to the hotel our reservation was quite a mess. The man at the desk was extremely rude during it all and instead of being kind, he would roll his eyes during it all. I paid for both room during the family trip and when my brother went to pick up the key to the second room, the same man made a comment to him that the room had already been paid for because he had no money. It was an extremely unprofessional and demeaning comment, especially considering everyone had pitched in for the room; I just used my credit card to make it easier. We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was a great experience. Doubtful we will return. I will say the housekeeping staff was so friendly and did an amazing job!

We were only really in the room to sleep. It was a good stay! The only thing I could “complain” about is that housekeeping came in and tidied up but didn’t replenish the toiletries. Otherwise it was great!

Great prices and great service.
We always have a great experience when we stay here. The only two downfalls are the ice maker on the first floor does not work by the elevators and our tv didn’t work in our room. Other than that the rooms are always clean and the area is safe. Quick 15 minute walk to Disney and the convention center. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable nice stay
The wonderful service and prime location is what brought us here. We've stayed here before and it did not disappoint. Taking our time, it took 19 minutes to the walk from the Disneyland exit to the hotel lobby. I like that we can grab some hot tea or coffee from the lobby before going to our room. We did Lyft a couple times and that cost about $9+. Not too bad, especially if you're tired. The only downside was that we didn't have a microwave in the room (it's in the lobby). But no biggie since our room was closeby and we only used it once. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

Bathroom not clean
The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived. It had a used soap and stains on the sink. Aside from that, everything was as expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful, location is great.

Disneyland Trip
I have stayed here multiple times for Disneyland trips and I stay here for the price and proximity to the parks. The hotel is pretty quiet for the post part, though I had a room that had a door to an adjoining room this time, and I could hear the guests in the next room very clearly, however, they weren't very loud and it really didn't bother me. The floors in the bathroom were a little dirtier than normal, but again, it didn't really bother me too much. The rest of the room and stay were great.
