Sep 23, 2026It was a great location in centre of town.
The parking reservation system worked well.
We appreciated that we had our two rooms located next to each other and on a lower floor so that we didnt have to carry too much luggage.
The coffee machine was appreciated too. The room was spacious and clean.
It was a great stay. Thank you.

Aug 22, 2026Had a fan in the room you could use for the heat. Very easy parking for cars. Longer spaces at the front for long cars. Vending machine at the bottom of the stairs. Very impressed! Would definitely stay here again

Aug 26, 2026We arrived late at the Sleeping Bear Hotel and the self check-in was incredibly easy and smooth. We simply pressed the green button by the door and followed the instructions.
Walking through the hallway, staircase and lovely sitting/living room area with my daughter, we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and cosy everything looked. There were lots of comfortable sofas with cushions, making it feel just like home, and we loved that we could make coffee from the machine whenever we wanted.
Our room was very clean and cosy, and the mattress was unbelievably comfortable and soft. At check-out, the two lovely ladies at reception even found me a takeaway cup so I could take my coffee with me.
A truly wonderful stay — I will definitely be coming back!

Jun 9, 2026The tv in the room didn’t work and the room was very hot, but the helpfulness of the staff with a different issue more than made up for it! The room was spacious and clean, and the very reasonably priced vending machine in the corridor was useful given there are no other food options at the hotel. The location is central with a big car park nearby, just make sure to pre-book taxis if you need one.
