The staff were beyond AMAZING! They were attentive, appreciative and exceptional! From the valet, to room service, to food service and the beach service we were not disappointed!! We will miss Sergio, Mikael, Kensington, and Terrence were all over the top! The rooms, the view, the amenities were all exceptional! We didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Only late breakfast?
I was extremely disappointed and honestly surprised to find out that the hotel breakfast did not open until 8:00am. I was here for business, and during the week, guest tend to wake up early. I even paid an extra daily fee for breakfast. The only option I had was a café at the lobby with some pastries, which I paid another $40 for a latte, croissant and an orange juice. During my time there, I saw three families with children disappointed too. I was picked up for my meetings as the regular, paid for hotel breakfast was being opened. What a shame.

Amazing Stay!
I had mentioned upon our arrival to Wayne it was going to be my significant other’s birthday and the HSK Dept decorated the room in celebration. They did a beautiful job and she was very touched by it. Throughout our stay, all employees of the hotel were very congenial, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful but the elevators were not working well. People were getting stuck (for hours). We were just trapped briefly. The concierge and service people were never there, so I couldn’t ask for any additional services.

Very rundown
I was very disappointed in Trump International Beach Resort. The room was so outdated & rundown. The pool area had loose bricks along the walkway. The carpets & rugs were old & dirty looking. I book on hotels.com all the time, this is the first time I’ve left a bad review. I would definitely not recommend it for the price.

Lots to like!
The service was excellent. Area restaurants and markets great. Close to shopping malls. Excellent fitness groups led by Kiki. Lots of activities for children. I liked the size of the resort. It felt manageable and not over crowded. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Ultimately a Great Stay
Initially i was very disappointed in the hotel. The rooms are very dated from a visual perspective and the layout of the hotel is confusing and there's no restaurant for dinner. All that said, there are a lot of restaurants right across the street and a Publix a block away. The service on the beach for chairs and food/drink was great. All very happy motivated employees. The pools are fab. The upper pool is heated and fantastic for all ages. The lower lap pool is not heated but does warm in the sun. Beds and showers were amazing. We slept super well and housekeeping employees were super responsive. Overall, I would stay here again but hope they will update the rooms and add some paint to the common areas to make it more eye pleasing.

Super old hotel
Ok, we always stay at the Trump International in Las Vegas, that one is 5 stars, this one is soooo old! Stained carpets, peeling paint on furniture, pillows are not feather filled, towels/chaises on the beach were broken and had holes in them, staff not friendly at all. The whole hotel needs a BIG renovation, it’s super pricey, and you definitely don’t get what you pay for. Sad to say, but it doesn’t rise to the luxury of the other Trump Hotels. Will not be staying at this one again unless they renovate. Spend your money somewhere else.

Good but not great
The standard of the room was not to our expectation for a Trump branded hotel. The iron was broken. The ironing board needed to be replaced. We did not even have cups for water. It started that there would be robes and slippers in the room and that was not the case. The room needed major upgrading. Service standards were excellent in so areas.
