Unfortunate...
I will never be staying here again. There was no notice of an additional fee that I was required to pay with the excuse that they can't help what an "online booking service" posts (ie Hotels.com). The rooms AC/ heater unit, which was unable to be turned off, sounded like there was a diesel truck parked outside all night with their engine on. The bed was missing a sheet. It's had it's duvet cover but no sheet between that and the fitted sheet. Underneath the fitted sheet were unmentionable stains. When I asked for assistance in these matters, I was told there were no other rooms to switch. They offered to have somebody come to the room and clean/ fix but it would take a few hours and I couldn't stay on the room while they figured it out if their ends. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I just couldn't let this one slide. If the hotel can't make it right, I hope Hotels.com will.

Nice staff!
Extremely comfortable bed! Bathroom was clean but needed maintenance. The curtains were very dirty. The bare floors were clean. The front desk and cleaning person were very nice. The fact that we thought we had paid the full price and then were charged more for our two Pomeranians wasn't good. Felt like bait and switch.

Only the heater worked in our room. The a/c wouldn’t work. The room was stuffy. Couldn’t open the window and leave it open because there was no screen and we were on the first floor. The lady at the front deak told my husband that sometimes you have to “kick it” so it would work. She gave him a fan, but unfortunately it didn’t help much. The shower head was dirty looking. The bathroom was very dark.
