Excellent hotel. However the staff had taken my credit card at check in. Then after a few minutes asked for a card to secure the stay. Not sure I didn’t remember they already had a card I gave them another. Thought I had lost the other when I went to pay at a local restaurant. Later they called my room and said they “found” my card. A mix up for sure but am grateful for them returning it. Other than that? I recommend this hotel!

We arrived at this hotel on Monday night, November 25th, and it was a terrible mistake. We relied on online reviews, which unfortunately turned out to be misleading. The hotel was incredibly unclean. The bed had noticeable stains, suggesting a lack of proper laundering. The carpet was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. After a long drive from Arizona, we were too exhausted to relocate or request a room change. We used extra blankets to cover the bed, but still woke up with insect bites on our feet. Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews for this hotel. They are clearly inaccurate. I'm unsure how this establishment obtained a license, but I will do my best to report it and prevent others from suffering a similar experience.

Not mad hotel but disappointed with customer care
There was no extra toilet paper in room and initially when i called front desk I was advised that housekeeping had left and that she couldn’t leave the front desk but could come down and pick it up. I told her I couldn’t come down. I then called back and said I desperately need toilet paper and she said she would get it to me. Shortly after I received a call from her that the toilet paper was hanging on my door knob. I was very glad because I was not doing well and needed the toilet paper. I was surprised that they didn’t have someone available for emergencies. Also the light did not work on desk it in the corner. I reported that when checking out
