I was retreating from a house with a broken furnace on a cold weekend and the thermostat in my room would not go above 71. Another great stay at this location. Have stayed here many times and always happy. Feels like home. As we checked in Friday, December 22, afternoon the young lady at front desk, Chanelle greeted us with a smile on her face. She really made us feel welcome and started our stay on the perfect note. Everyone we interacted with was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Will always stay here when visiting the Knoxville area.

I like the quiet of the hotel. The large issue I have was that I picked this hotel out of all the others because it had a bar/restaurant listed..LOL!! We went to the restaurant to eat one night and the lady told me all she was doing were fries, wings and chicken fingers.. that's what y'all call a restaurant?!? So we had to get in the car ( which we were not palnning to do) to find something to eat. Very disappointed.
