Just not a good lock
I always look forward to staying at Embassy but thid was terrible. The room was dirty. The TV in the bedroom did not work. Breakfast dishes were dirty or nonexsistent and the staff was not happy about working to say the least. One of the elevators was broken so it took fice minutes to get downstairs everything we tried to leave. It was just not an enjoyable stay. We stay every year for a competition and this was by far the worst i have ever seen this hotel.

Great stay but a few things needs to be updated.
The stay was great other than the AC vent noise kept making a big loud thump on and off all night. I feel like inside of the contract when you’re booking this they should tell you about the incidental fee that is $25 a day and also they should let you know that you have to pay additional $10 a day for parking so there won’t be no surprises when you arrive. I do like that. They have continental and made to order breakfast for you on your Stay. It was great. I must say that was the best part if the stay. They make sure all their elevators work with that many people in the hotel.

Although the staff was welcoming and friendly they ignored every request to clean or change my room. There was a weird brown stain on one of the pillows, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had smudges on the counter, sink, and tub, the floor was filthy with hair, paper clips, used makeup applicators, crumbs, etc. The security latch over the door was missing a screw and was hanging to the side ineffectively securing the room. The battery cover was missing from the remote. The rubber stripping from the bottom of the door was hanging off. I asked for a comforter for the pull out couch and they brought me a mattress cover. When they finally came to clean the room they partially cleaned and did not vacuum and did not put extra toilet paper nor tissues in the bathroom. Additionally they did not wipe down any of the tables or countertops leaving food and drink stains. I took plenty of photos but the app would not allow me to upload them.

The housekeepers did not come in and take out trash or replace towels everyday. Trash was never taken out while we were there. Shampoo was empty the entire time we stayed.

Almost perfect.
The Hotel itself was perfect for us however the breakfast buffet was kinda sorry. The eggs where powered, the half cube sized potatoes where hard, the bacon was over cooked. Besides the breakfast the unexpected parking fee we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed during what I would consider an extremely busy time. We were unaware that there was a convention going on. It was very crowded and it seemed they were understaffed.
