DON'T STAY DURING SATURDAYS
Don't go over the weekend, every saturday they have this techno-dance party and they will say the music is a little loud but manageable. IT IS NOT everything inside the room will vibrate, if feels like everybody at the party is deaf or something, do your party but uase a normal volume, not this end of the world, final judgment day trumpets. Food is alright.

I enjoyed the service from most of the staff who ensured I was welcomed. Two people in particular that made my stay great was Maria the server at breakfast. It was a pleasure to wake up and go down for breakfast and to be greeted and served by Maria. She always knew that I needed salsa picante with my food. Miguel was the person who helped me check in. He ensured that I was satisfied with the room I requested and all my recommendations were fulfilled. I will always book my stay at Riande Urban Hotel anytime I travel to Panama.

Excellent, Classy Place, Centrally Located
Very classy place, love the design. My bed was extremely comfortable! The staff were incredibly warm. I enjoyed breakfast, and especially enjoyed the lunch I had in the restaurant. The neighborhood is centrally located with many eateries in walking distance. This is definitely going to be my go-to place. I also love that it is still family owned.

Basic but Nice Hotel
Riande Urban was the last stay of our two week family adventure in Panama. We stayed at its sister hotel Riande Airport, and noticed that they are pretty bare bones. If you're expecting a fridge for drinks and coffee maker then maybe this isn't the right place for you. It was fine for our needs though. Beds were comfy and rooms fairly spacious. Staff were kind to us and check in was easy, they were booked up when we arrived so we had to wait til 3 to check in. Breakfast was basic, eggs, meat and a third choice that was rotated. There were also some deli meats, cheese, fruit and cereal. Since it was a packed hotel we had to wait a bit for food when we arrived at 800am. The pool was nice and refreshing and our daughter loved it. However, it's a bit run down and we noticed a sewer smell in one area of the pool.

Could be better
When I checked in the front desk staff was okay but the next morning when I complained about the roaches in the bathroom the guy at front desk decided to change his attitude completely as if I were to be abusing him of a crime. Took them a whole day to switch me to a different room after I had to remind them to switch me. He and the other young lady treated me indifferent after I explained about the roaches and that I could not stay in a room like that for them to please move me to another. Not sure why they chose to act that way towards me. They were the only ones I had bad experience with. Everyone else from the Cleaning Lady to the guys out front assisting with our bags and where to park were kind and attentive. Staff at restaurant were awesome too! The owner should do something about the edge of pool thought I placed my knee on it and slightly slid and ended up scrapping my knee and chin (instead of just being cement it have pieces of broken tile cemented to it). Added a photo of sink with the roaches I killed (room 810) and the scratch that is now healing from a week ago now.
