The staff were so lovely and helpful for all of our party and their requests. We had a lovely stay and the rooms and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and they were very accommodating to make other food for us when we asked. Would definitely stay again

Everything was absolutely fine. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were good free Parking good Wi-Fi good phone signal. My only grip is the radiator in my room didn’t work and it was very cold.

Beautiful hotel, unfortunately the rooms were basic for the price, dusty in the corners, windows and cills filthy, however clean comfortable bed/linen and bathroom. The location was convenient for our stay but very noisy high street, forget your Sunday morning lay in unless you want the church alarm bells waking you early. On par with Travelodge, a step behind Premier Inn.

Clean and spacious room, good breakfast, and good parking. Staff on the desk and at breakfast were very friendly and for the price the breakfast was good. We stayed in the older part of the property and loved the old features in the room so worth the extra cost

Great large sized suite with separate sitting room with 2nd tv. Staff very friendly. Lovely restaurant and bar. I had room 52 with old escape cupboard. Quite historical to have.

Accepting this is an elderly hotel a couple of small niggles. It’s really silly to put a double bed duvet on a king size bed covered with a king size cover. Feet got tangled and we discarded duvet cover and managed to. Toilet door needs easing sticks every we time Door key very temperamental hard to remove from lock. Food in restaurant and staff excellent went out of their way to meet Rosemarys needs We were visiting family and using hotel mostly for accommodation

What was obviously a somewhat tired hotel in the not too distant past has had its rear and 'more modern' (compared to the original) accommodation thoroughly modernised to a very pleasingly high standard. The twin room we stayed in was comfortably spacious compared to other budget-medium price places we've stayed in, with all the amenities we needed and spotlessly clean. No noise at all with sounds from other guests above/below/or close by. Buffet breakfast (incl. cooked) was amazing - nothing wanting and good coffee. All the staff were amazingly helpful, nothing too much trouble and issues dealt with straight away. Windows can be opened a bit which we like for fresh air. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Great Location. Nice facilities and gardens. There was a function room with an event happening and there was no noise in my room. However, the auto closers on the fire doors and the room doors meant there was a lot of slammed doors that were very loud.

Could do with aircon in the rooms. Otherwise a pleasant stay and in great location.

Decent place for a quick one night stay while attending Silverstone. Breakfast was decent, garden, and few activities available. Room was okay. Flooring wasn't straight and although it says sleeps 4 with a sofa bed, it isn't a great option for more than 1 night to be honest. Staff was good and helpful. Tunnel to car park is awfully tight and requires some skill to not touch the walls

The staff were friendly and professional looking to make our stay comfortable. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast which was a great way to start the day. It’s a great place to stay and it had a car park for our hire car.

2/10 Poor

Room was baking hot and pillows were too hard. If you get put in the attic rooms during this heat, ask to me moved lower down. TV was too loud in the restaurant/ bar area. Nice garden and breakfast was good

My only complaint is that I couldn't tell what all the switches were for - so inadvertently turned on the heated towel-rack on the hottest day of the year. Otherwise, great.
