Horribly dirty!

This place is good when it comes to staff but horrible otherwise. I checked in around 8 p.m. & got little song & dance from desk clerk that they might not even have a room available. Had to wait about half hour while he physically checked to make sure room had been cleaned. If the room I got was considered clean I’d hate to see dirty! They asked for $100 deposit at check in as well that had not been disclosed when booking. Room was so dirty. Floors filthy, bathroom sink had mold all the way around where it met counter & bathroom floor actually had blood drops from who knows when. Clearly hadn’t mopped the tiny floor. Mirror on closet was shattered along bottom third. Very dangerous. Probably where blood came from. Kitchenette was serviceable but nothing to cook or eat with. You get that from front desk for fee. WiFi is also daily fee. I was so sketched out already then, while relaxing in bed watching tv a mouse came out from under couch & was just hanging out. I have pics & video of all. I also found a sizeable hole at corner under mattress that grossed me out completely thinking mouse was probably living in there. Right where I’d been sitting & sleeping!! To boot- my license disappeared somewhere btwn front desk & room. I checked several times & it is nowhere to be found disappointing addition to a very unenjoyable stay. Couldn’t get comfortable bc of conditions. If they cleaned things I’d consider staying again but as is, not on your life!

The room was so dirtyThe halls were too. They smelled like drugs. I've never been to an extended stay where there was no supplies in the kitchen and then to top it all off there was a mouse in our room. Thankfully, the woman at the front desk was kind and refunded us. I have never stayed in a worst hotel.

Bad rooms and no service whatsoever

Tried this place a 2nd time after a terrible time last year. The place wasn't as dirty but the place was in disrepair. Only 1 lamp worked. There were patch marks everywhere around the walls. The guy at the desk was completely rude. Asked which way to the room and he just said go upstairs and follow the signs. Woke up in the morning to get some coffee and nothing was set up. The room had only 3 small pillows and there were 2 wet bath towels on the counter. There was only 1 bath towel in the room and a used bar of soap. There was no hand soap or shampoo. Never go back

Awful!

This hotel is run down. The rooms were old, dingy, & outdated. The staff were rude & aggressive. We were suppose to have a grab & go breakfast but the coffee was always empty & they only had chocolate muffins. The staff actually got mad at my husband when he asked them to refill the coffee. This place was awful!!

My first room was missing the shower knob, there was paint on the furniture like someone had recently painted the room, so I had to switch rooms. 2nd room was ok. Not very clean. It was ok for what it was. The parking area seemed a little creepy. People sitting in the lot drinking and smoking hanging out, working on cars etc.

This hotel is filthy, and has ZERO amenities. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room and no mugs or a glass. The maid left a used towel on the back of my bathroom door. I would NEVER visit this hotel again. The sheets were sort of gray and it was really not a nice place.

I needed an inexpensive place to lay my head for the night. This place offered that, but nothing more. It was supposed to have breakfast, but there was no coffee in the morning, and the only food was packets of instant oatmeal, with no spoons. It’s also supposed to be non-smoking but the place smelled like smoke anyway. If you don’t expect much, you won’t be disappointed.
