Would have gotten almost all 5 stars if they had taken the time to plow or shovel the parking lot as people left. Had to walk through 4 - 6 inches of snow to get in and out of the car with my stuff. That's hard for a 67 year old woman with arthritis. Staff was especially helpful once inside. Very pleasant which is why I chose to stay there on my return trip home. Will stay there again.

We walked into the lobby smelling of weed Walked down the nonsmoking hall all you smelled was smoke and weed Got to our room it was scraped up Walked into a room smelling of weed and cleaner.
