Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area. Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss. For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel.

Razoável

O café da manhã precisa descer até o térreo, pagar, pegar o voucher e depois subir para o terraço, onde é servido o café. Péssima logistica para o hóspede que um treinamento simples para o funcionário receber o pagamento resolveria. O estacionamento é pequeno, e o portão eletrônico não estava funcionando, era preciso o próprio hóspede descer do carro para abrir o portão. Cartão desmagnetizava toda hora. Um dos dias choveu e o terraço ficou todo molhado (normal), as funcionárias do café da manhã sequer se movimentaram para secar as mesas mesmo vendo os hóspedes sem ter onde sentar e ficarem procurando papel toalha no banaheiro para poder sentar. O quarto é bom, o ar condicionado é novo e funciona bem, o blackout também funciona bem.

Instalações novas e confortáveis. Os colaboradores sempre muito atenciosos. O restaurante no terraço é muito bom, embora o preço seja um pouco salgado e demore um pouco. Mas a vista e a música compensam demais!

A vista do hotel é muito bonita, o quarto estava limpo e arrumado, porém nas 2 diárias que ficamos o wifi e a Tv Smart não funcionavam… Fora isso, foi tudo ok e deu para aproveitar a viagem. Conseguimos um preço bom, então, tudo bem!

Atendimento péssimo

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, mas os pequenos detalhes deixam MUITO a desejar. É um hotel novo e barato. Pontos negativos: - o chuveiro vaza água e alaga o banheiro todo - ⁠não haviam toalhas no quarto quando chegamos - ⁠na metade dos dias não colocaram fronhas, lençóis e toalhas de rosto - ⁠algumas toalhas eram tão velhas que estavam cinzas e rasgadas - ⁠nos acordaram as 6h da manhã com interfone para questionar se o carro estava na garagem, sendo que a chave havia sido deixada na portaria com identificação do quarto e carro. Todos os problemas acima foram informados na portaria e solicitado que chamassem o gerente para resolver, estou até agora aguardando o contado do gerente que nunca me foi passado. O único problema que conseguiram resolver foi a falta de toalhas do primeiro dia.
