Staff is suspect and deceitful
This hotel is ran by bad management. I was charged multiple fees and the manager and staff is very deceptive! The room was worn down, the oven and stove didn’t work and it was very dirty! You get what you pay for! The location is why this property is still In business! This low frills hotel is a waste of money!

The refrigerator had rusty exterior and the room had a musty smell; outdated decor and trash cans in stairwells and end of halls were over flowing in the evening but were emptied in the morning.

Liked that it has a full kitchen however we don’t like that you have to ask for all of the everyday items for the kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates etc….)

Our initial room had 3 roaches walking on the kitchen counter. We then were given the room across the hall. That room had a very pungent smell which was a mix of bleach, fabuloso, weed and a basement. And Everytime we left and came back, the smell seemed to get worse. The oven cut off as it was cooking our frozen pizza. So that was wasted. And at night in the parking lot, it's crawling with shady people and I've witnessed drug dealing and prostitutes looking for Johns. Overall, it was the worst motel we've ever been in. Staff was very friendly though.

The place was clean and spacious. The couch had big holes and was torn. There hasn't a mirror in the bathroom, it had been broken and they hadn't replaced it yet, so no mirror for my husband to shave.

Very unpleasant experience.
Reached the property after 3pm. The hotel front desk told me to wait for the room to be cleaned up and it took them 30 minutes to get ready. The front desk folks weren't nice and no apologies for being late to give me the room.
The rooms lights were so dim and looked so dark. We were planning to stay overnight and leave next day morning but it didn't feel good, so we checked out same day around 6:30pm.
I wouldn't go to this place again.

I came down so that I could attend an evening wedding. The first negative…They charge you $150 as soon as you arrive for incidentals. This money will be returned to you in 3 to 5 business days.
The first room I was given had no sheets on the bed, a housekeeping cart in the room and no housekeeper! The front desk attendant was apologetic and issued me a new key to another room. The second room smelled very strongly of cat urine. This property allows pets but unfortunately the rooms are carpeted. I grabbed my belongings and left the property explaining the odor issue and that I simply could not stay there.
The lady at the front desk was friendly however that was the only positive.

Quick trip, 1 night family trip
The room was large. Clean floors and beds. Quick check-in and quick check-out. The breakfast was small with grab and go items (and coffee). We liked the room; it was a quick one-night stay on our way to another location. The room next to us had an upset baby and kids that we could hear in our room, but it was not too bad.
