Modern and well-maintained facilities ensure a comfortable stay, reflecting thoughtful design. Service with a Smile (Mostly): The staff are undeniably friendly and welcoming, a real asset to the hotel. However, I did encounter a few moments where detailed information felt a bit hazy, leaving me wishing for more confident and clear communication. Breakfast: Good, Not Great: The breakfast spread is certainly adequate, featuring fresh ingredients and a decent variety. But, it lacked that "wow" factor. Verdict: A solid choice overall. The prime location and quality amenities make this a worthwhile stay. With just a few tweaks to service clarity and breakfast offerings, this hotel could easily go from good to exceptional.

Great beds and rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Super convenient to grocery stores and the marathon (which is why we stayed there) and handy for buses downtown. Pool was outstanding with ocean view. Good value!

The loacation is amazing! Nice hotel and the bed was very comfortable. That said, they definately have room for improvement. Breakfast area was very disorganized and the employees appreared very overwhelmed. And the layout of our room was much different than the photos online and did not make sense. The TV block our amazing view of the river, which was very disappointing.

O hotel é moderno, em lugar fantástico. Alguns detalhes a mais e poderia ter nota bem melhor. Pequenas coisas, por exemplo, não tem ducha higiênica nos banheiros. No dia de chegada, 12 de junho, queria fazer um lanche à tarde e simplesmente ninguém atendia no restaurante. Tive que descer e lá me disseram que naquele horário só atendiam por telefone... Fiz o pedido ali e subi novamente ao quarto para receber o lanche!

Localização impecável pra quem for correr a Meia ou Maratona de POA. Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários, há clara necessidade de capacitação dos mesmos. A reposição do café da manhã é muito devagar, chegou a faltar pão e café. A demora de quase 40 minutos para servir um prato de massa. Tivemos que pedir 3 vezes ao garçom para lembrar de trazer nossa cesta de pães, que por sua vez chegou quase com os pratos. Confusão na reserva que fiz com 3 meses de antecedência. Além do lobby estar com um cheiro de esgoto desconfortável.
