Wonderful staff!
We were greeted by Chris who checked us in. We had traveled from Helsinki that long day and traveled by train to downtown Chicago. He was so kind and booked us into a quiet room…so welcoming and understanding. We will definitely stay there on future train trips to Chicago!

Dont even try it!
Rooms are extremely small. Beds are not comfortable and pillows smelled like poop. Air conditioner didn't work. People there cared less. Phones don't work remote was dirty af. Definitely not worth the price and not a 4 star hotel...more like a motel!

6/10 Good

Dusty but Decent
I had a decent stay at an affordable price. The staff was respectful. However, the room had a lot of dust and a torn-up carpet. The desk was chipped, and the bathroom seemed dirty and outdated. These things didn't bother me, but I still believe it should be improved.

Very good experience overall. Check-in was slower and more cumbersome than it needed to be (there was only one person working at front desk during busy time), but the hardworking desk agent was very helpful and pleasant. Can’t beat the location and price value of this hotel!
