Don’t stay if you want some rest.
The main entrance was cozy and inviting. The room was hot and smelled like chlorine from the pool room below us. The room wouldn’t cool down so it was unbearable even with the air on. The mattresses were hard and pillows lumpy. You could feel each coil. The expressway was extremely loud. The pool room was filthy with towels everywhere. Pool was dirty. It hasn’t been cleaned properly. The smell burned our eyes instantly. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

First room had horrible smell, they gave us a different room immediately. We were there and settled in, pulled out couch for my daughter to find dirty sheets. We got clean sheets and when we changed the linens the mattress was stained in so many horrific ways.

We found roaches in our room, a housekeeper tried to walk in without announcing herself even tho we had the do not disturb sign up. Then when we were going to check out, a housekeeper immediately rushed into our room before we were checked out and ready to be done in the room. The front desk staff was friendly but I got super bad vibes from the housekeeping staff.
