There were old blood stains on the sheets. I had to ask the housekeeper to change them.. The breakfast bar was sparse.

I wasn’t offered any discount or accommodation during my stay. There was no amenities such as, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and I barely had enough towels. The worst part was someone had came into the room early morning and left their leftover food in the fridge while we were sleeping. We noticed that the fridge had no food when we checked in but appeared the next morning. We let “NOAH” know at the front desk what happened and he said with careless face and attitude “You booked through a third party, there’s nothing we can do.” This is horrible customer service! There was a security breach and no amenities, I had to make a special trip to buy them and enjoy my stay.

It’s always a great stay! I go into town periodically and when I need to run errands for a couple days I stay here and it’s anyways enjoyable! Comfortable beds! Clean space and a nice clean bathroom! Never disappoints!

The staff was nice for sure. If you wanted something for the room; you needed to go down and get it . Most of the time the front desk wasn't there and you needed to ring bell for service. Breakfast food was never stalked when they ran out, even an hour after opening the breakfast area. I found my room not totally clean. Under the bed was trash and on the end take was gum that somebody left behind. Fridge was a little dirty.

The hotel was supposed to have a grab and go breakfast from 6-9 am. At 7:00 there was nothing. No coffee. No food. Nothing! When I asked about it they finally went to start some coffee. Still no food whatsoever. I chose the hotel because we could just grab a quick bite and hit the road. Not happy with the service. The room was clean so that was a plus.

Good. The room above us sounded like so sone was boo hing a ball all night off and on and hammering. Not the hotels call and we didn’t report it. So our fault.

We were disappointed with the property. The first was a safety issue. The desk clerk announced our room number as we checked in with other people there. Next, our room had a shattered TV screen. We were offered a different room and we did switch. Unfortunately, this room did not have a remote control and the desk chair was broken. The front desk did bring us a remote control and would inform housekeeping of the broken chair. It was not a relaxing experience.

A great price for a clean room. Love the room set up and features: full fridge/ freezer & kitchen, table that moves on wheels, hanging space and cubbies. New building. Excellent location near lots of food and store options! Challenges - microwave kept blowing the fuse and TV did not work properly initially but was fixed. Would love a small oven or airfryer.

Was not given a handicapped room, the tub was so tall I couldn't get into it. I asked for a receipt upon check out and was told I couldn't get one because I booked through Hotels.com. The breakfast was gone/ closed before 8:30- the website listed it until 9:30. The room was not well cleaned.
