Hotel dissatisfaction
The place is great however there are few concerns regarding the quality issue and hotel dissatisfaction. On the first night the whole room floor was sweating which is so slippery and dangerous as we have toddler running around, the switch lights are not working properly, All rooms have umbrella stand however it was all empty, and lastly a major complain about the pool for children area. I found alive centipede swimming along with the children, I don’t know how long it has been there but I’m glad I found it before incident happened. I am writing this review for other people awareness and safety and I hope that there is preventive and corrective actions for this matter.

It was a place that made me feel like I was in another country even though I am only within a few minutes boat ride away from the busy noisy city. My family had a great time and its a place with good food. Great place for meetings and awesome place to relax. Staff was superb, very courteous, and area was super clean. Looking forward to book another stay for next year's vacation.

Discovery Samal is as close to being on Fantasy Island. Not even the Ritz Carlton can't match the stunning views from the boat ride to the island. The white sand beach cabanas and infinity pool are world-class. My wife and I are already planning a summer trip for 2025. What more can I say? Truly a fabulous experience to remember.

The facility is really wonderful. From cleanliness to amenities, is awesome. My son enjoyed the water sports. But weren’t able to do jetskiiing because they were out of gasoline but not a big deal. I would give them more than ten point score especially the staff by the registration desk they went out of their way to help me fix my double booking issue. Thank you very much.

We had an amazing stay and the staff are wonderful. The facilities were topnotch. One room for improvement is the bar.Not many selection of wines and the drinks were a little to come even while we were already sitting at the bar. But otherwise, it was wonderful experience and we will come back soon.

Best stay for anyone visiting from the U.S.
It was my first trip out of the country, and our stay was great. I wished we could’ve stayed another day. Staff was very friendly and attentive at all times.
