This was my second visit to Shangri-La in Boracay, so I booked it expecting the same experience as before, but this time it was the worst experience. The staff told me to send an email to the manager, so I sent this email, so please check it and reply asap.
That day, We clearly heard the machinery warning sound coming from bedroom door at 5 o'clock and woke up to the sound. After that, we contacted our villa manager's personal contact cell phone and the manager came soon. The manager said there was no problem and left.
Because of that problem, we had no choice but to wake up early and go to the spa before breakfast, but this time the key was a problem.
After the spa, the room wouldn't open, so we had to stand outside in our pajamas and wait for the buggy driver, and the key problem was repeated twice.
So we were finally able to eat breakfast at 7:50.
The appointment with the pickup driver was at 8:00, but for the above reason, we had to eat breakfast in a hurry for 10 minutes.
We had to eat breakfast in a hurry for the remaining 10 minutes. In the meantime, the manager urged us, saying that the pick-up driver was waiting.
I want answers about strange noises in the early hours of the morning, wasting precious time before check-out due to a malfunctioning key card, and leaving a guest in his pajamas outside for the purpose of checking in.
It was the worst honeymoon.
