The hotel was okay, it’s a 3 star and I wasn’t expecting too much, but as soon as you walk in there was an overwhelming smell of damp or mold and it was everywhere on the ground floor. Other than that it was mostly clean

It was pretty clean the beds were comfortable, but there was no microwave in the room had to go to the lobby to heat up leftovers for my kids and being on the top floor so that was a inconvenience, breakfast was not good just boiled eggs, muffins, cold cereal and bagels was very upset about that, the night manager was very rude to me overcharged me for a cup of noodles that was priced and decided to overcharged me at his expense gave me attitude about it,the other staff were very nice.

The elevator stopped working when we were leaving. My handicapped sister inlaw had to struggle going down 4 flight of stairs. We had to struggle with all of our luggage. Also, the hotel told us they were going to hold $50 for accidentals. $150 were held. They could not tell me why. They could not fix it. now I have to wait 3 to 4 days to see if I will be getting those funds back.

They air fresheners at the main entrance, trash bags in the trash cans, keep the elevator working regularly, since it's the only one, the building has. The staffs were great, but the breakfast was terrible, egs were had to pee, and were very cold.
