Great place for family
Everything was clean and it was all that we needed. Front service was amazing I went before check in and they said room wasn’t ready but they ended up upgrading my room for no additional cost. Only thing that was not great was that one of the 2 tVs was not connecting to any channels. It wasn’t a big deal considering it met all the rest of our needs! Would definitely stay again!

would stay here again.
Let me start this by saying I will stay here again. Its very close to my corporate headquarters, and it has a restaurant inside which is very convenient. Employees were all nice, the other patrons were nice, bed was decent, bathroom all of that were fine. My only minor complaint would be the wallpaper was peeling in the room and there was a rusty looking spot on the wall close to the ceiling above the AC. It was nasty looking and I felt a little concerned about mold...again it was a minor thing and I will stay here again but fix that wallpaper and clean the rust off the wall.

Excellent customer service
Service at this hotel is top-notch. From being greeted warmly at check in, to taking my airport shuttle reservations, to accommodating a (very late) check in, I am so impressed with the staff here. Being able to park at the hotel for the duration of my out-of-town trip was a lifesaver. I was a little disappointed that parking was free for the days I stayed at the hotel - a total of 2 nights - but was not aware of the fee associated with leaving my vehicle there, since it was not advertised. However, the $40 for 3 days was a bargain compared to airport parking, so it worked out well. Even being located right off the highway, my car was untouched and unbothered the entire time. I reserved a king suite with a kitchenette, and, even though I didn’t utilize the sitting room or kitchen portions, they were both nice options that made the room feel more homey. Lots of outlets, ample blankets and towels, clean surfaces. First room had a weird setup for the heat/AC but I figured it out after asking the front desk and plugging the unit back in. Staybridge made my vacation truly rejuvenating at the beginning and end. Definitely will be back!

Convenient Airport hotel
This was a miracle reunion stay. My daughter and I had not seen each other since her birth 50 years ago. She lives in AZ and I in FL, so for our reunion, we met to meet one another in Dallas. After getting our luggage the shuttle was pretty prompt getting us at Dallas Love Airport. Front desk employee must have been new and in training so it was a slow process getting checked in but that was fine, I get it. Our rooms were ready although it seemed like they were a mile down the hallway from the elevators. No problem again, extra steps is good for all. The room was large, clean, comfortable and set up with dishes and pots/pans and FULL coffee pot which was wonderful. The view from my room was over the pool but in the view of the multi-lane highway. The road noise wasn’t a problem at all. The second night my room wasn’t attended to but after notifying the front desk someone on staff came up and refreshed it, this was AFTER the housekeeping staff had gone home for the day! I would say this hotel is great if you need to be around the airport. They only have their “social hour” M-W, so we didn’t get to enjoy that since we were there Th-Sat. They do serve breakfast buffet, which was really generous with a great variety of foods. The best employee we met there was “Rudy”, he was so friendly, hardworking and passionate about giving the best customer experience of any hotel employee Ive met in years. PLEASE say Hello. To him for the “Christmas Miracle” he labeled us.
1st Reunion after 50 years! Here’s our buddy “Rudy”, should be voted “Employee of the years!”
