I had a short stay from Nov 6-8 and wished I stayed longer. Such a fabulous location, great view and attentive service. Check in was a breeze and the concierge gave me two helpful maps for my stay At first, I was a bit weary about using the WhatsApp number vs a hotel phone - but it actually works out better as you can ask questions whenever. I was able to request an ironing board, help with the iron (I didn't have the dial properly adjusted) and room service. When I got back home, I realized I forgot to pack a dress and the concierge was able to locate it for me and they are sending it back via DHL this week.

This was so far the best designed room. It had a beautiful lay out, very spacious. It had very high ceiling and beautiful pictures. The bathroom was also one of a kind. However, there were plenty of the mosquitoes ( ten of them), the windows were closed because it would face construction and dust. Breakfast was insanely good and the service in the restaurant was incredible. I forgot to mention that the mattress and the bedding was for six stars hotels!!!!
