I did not feel comfortable staying at this property. Access to the building was unrestricted, and I did not observe any visible security measures, which made me feel unsafe. This accommodation was the owner's apartment rather than a traditional hotel room, and the level of service was different from what I expected. Reception staff were not available to assist with issues related to the apartment. I’m unsure if there were any cameras in the apartment. We were not informed breakfast was not included and had no issue paying but were harassed the whole time we were eating until we finally left to pay while still chewing. The interaction felt rude and uncomfortable. During our stay, the host initiated conversations that included personal questions and comments that made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again. I even fear for my safety as I continue my trip.

Avoid. This is not actually a hotel booking. Hotel Floridianes does not exist so you get a rude private owner who owns a couple of the rooms within a hotel. Very odd and not very safe. So the actual reception staff in this building will not deal with you because you are not their clients. You cannot even leave your bags at this ‘hotel’ without paying. These owners made a fuss about us using the sofabed. When we book a room with a sofabed we can use the sofabed! Especially when we had messaged a month before to say ‘please provide sheets for the sofabed’. We are 2 friends not a couple so we wanted separate beds! Not a crazy request! They accused us of being a group of 3 just because we wanted sheets for the sofabed. Basic accom that costs a lot.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement avec de la moisissure dans les toilettes, pas d’Internet, pas de télé un manque cruel de couette pour se couvrir de la poussière un peu partout. Bref très déçu je vais hésiter avec un hôtel.
