I have very bad experience with this hotel. I will definitely not visit this hotel again.
1. It seems my credit card on Expedia is not the most updated. After my check-in, my password was changed without contacting me. When I came back from dinner, I cannot enter my room, and I have no immediate response from services in the cold evening. Finally, I tried to enter the room through the window, and it caused the damage to their window. Finally, this hotel also charged $300 for the repair.
In case there is any payment issue, they should contact me before my arrival, instead of changing the password after my check-in without any notice.
2. When I booked my stay, it is clearly mentioned that their hotel is pet-friendly. However, it is not. They also charged me $125.
3. If you use AT&T, please expect signal problems around that area. When you have any problems, you cannot get support and help quickly.
4. Even though the service is very bad, the environment is clean enough.
