I had an excellent stay at the Ulaanbaatar Hotel. The check-in was efficient, the staff were very courteous and professional, and the check-out was quick. The room was comfortable, warm, clean, spacious and well equipped. The daily breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel is very conveniently location - I walked to every meeting, restaurant and mall. I will definitely stay at the hotel again!

Renovated hotel in city centre

An old soviet era hotel which has been well renovated. Right in the city centre, reception staff speak good English and arranged airport transfers and tours at a reasonable price. Large, comfortable room. Good range of food for breakfast, dinner quality is more variable but excellent Chinese restaurant as well

Our room 405 was clean, quiet and comfortable. All staff was courteous and professional. Special thanks to the Concierge, a young lady,who assisted with our check-out on December 30th helped us to call a taxi for our transfer to the bus station.We are lforward to our upcoming stay on January 12th.
