Second visit to SeaSpace, location is wonderful with seaviews and sunsets out the front and fields to the rear and so wonderfully close to Porth. Facilities on site are excellent and well maintained. Stayed in Large Studio which are very well equipped with helpful extras like laundry racks available in a cupboard each floor as needed. Great breakfast in the cafe. Would visit time and time again, only reservation being the beds are very hard

Overall a good stay with a few small suggestions We had a good stay overall and would happily return. The staff and the room itself were fine, and everything worked as expected. A couple of things that would make it better: • The facilities information was in a sheet in the room, which was helpful, but I’d have preferred it online too, being able to check what’s available before arriving (or from my phone) would make planning much easier. • Salt and pepper in the studio kitchens would be a nice touch, a small thing, but it makes self-catering much easier. • It would be great if the pool offered women-only and men-only sessions at set times. This would make the facilities more comfortable for guests who’d prefer that. Other than those points, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it.

The room was lovely and the ocean view was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and quick to reply. Feedback: breakfast took far too long (over and hour) despite the cafe not seeming busy. The lack of lifts didn’t make it easy for disabled people.
