May 30, 2025The room itself would be nice if they tried to keep it up to date they charge a cleaning fee but when I arrived it was far from my standard of clean. The plates and cups were dirty the floor had not been swept or vacuumed. Hair all over the bathroom floor and the counter tops were filthy in the kitchen and living area not to mention my friend stayed at the same hotel and had a very different experience in a different room. 4 day trip and only 3 towels is ridiculous Ruined my experience of all the great things I heard about this hotel from people but the view was nice. Hotels.com should definitely do better at explaining this is managed by an owner and not a hotel not to mention the extra fees hotel.com claim they don’t do I had to revise this review multiple times because they wouldn’t post how i really felt don’t book
