Feb 9, 2026Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed with good linen. Air conditioner and fan were running when we entered or room. So cool. Roomy for 2 people. Great kitchen. Easy walk to town and shops. Receptionist guided us to eateries across the road. With air con running did not hear the town noise. Did hear the rain. Innisfail is famous for its rain.

Jul 24, 2025The aircon had mold in its vents. And the aircon was extremely noisy. The bed was very comfy

Jun 21, 2025Room was satisfactory, however, bed was very ordinary. The outside stairs were somewhat off putting and felt uncomfortable in the drizzly rain. The location was good for the meal at the pub across the road but was extremely noisey.

Jul 8, 2026Room was old and some mould in bathroom . Kitchen facilities not as in photos. No window to look out of room. Very old aircon that was noisy. Steep stairs to room. Very noisy street and surrounds all night.
Cheap stay though.
Did have plates and cutlery for self catering

Sep 2, 2026Absolutely disgusting place to stay ..cleaning wise is poorly done ... Where the kettle and toaster shelf is covered of dead cockroaches..
Bathroom was so dirty shower glass and tiles was not clean and even having shower the whole floor flood out of the shower and had to ask for towels to put around it ... Toilet brush holy moly black mould covered ... Tiles floor on the edge of toilet and under the vanity building up of calcium it's damn not hard to clean it off... Woke up so early in the morning have to smell everyone smoking near the building what happen to the rules of smoking 5 metres away from the building and that included the caretaker smoking down stairs near the reception...
Towels was horrible they buy from Kmart's cheap and nasty

Jul 6, 2026Worst motel we have ever stayed in!
The manager was rude on arrival. The room was very basic and in poor condition. Air conditioning was an old window style that was very noisy and struggled to keep the room cool.
The tavern across the road was loud and noisy in the evening. We had a couple of people staying in the room next to us who decided to bring all their friends back after the tavern closed at 12:00am and have a party on the verandah outside our room till about 2:00am. They were drunk and loud. Management was oblivious. No phones in the rooms to call reception to complain.
We left a day early as we couldn’t stay one more night. No apology from the manager or offer to refund the night we didn’t stay, just dismissed our concerns.
Highly recommend NOT staying at this motel.

Nov 10, 2024Place was ok, just a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Tried to keep the door shut but that didn’t help, toilet struggled to flush properly as well

Oct 7, 2024Could have been a nice stay till later in the evening when I found 4 or more cockroaches running around the room.
Spoke with the owner/manager and I had to suggest a different room, which within a minute of opening the door, out came a cockroach. He even tried to kill it.
Left me looking for a new place to stay at 10pm.
Would be confident to say it’s infested.
I’ve had better free camping.
