La estancia me canceló, van 2 meses y no me han realizado la devolución del hospedaje ni del deposito por posibles daños. La plataforma de Xpedia tampoco se hace responsable. Es un total fraude, deberian tener politicas que protejan a los usuarios y que se de seguimiento legalmente a quien resulte responsable.

No son nada confiables, en realidad son unos estafadores, sobre rentan la vivienda y ponen mil pretextos para no darte el código de acceso. Te piden hacer un depósito por daños de $10,000 a una cuenta ajena a la aplicación. Y si intentas cancelar la reserva, no hay devolución gracias a su bien cuidada política. TOTALMENTE UNA ESTAFA.
