Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre séjour. La chambre était récemment rénovée et les équipements étaient en très bon état, ce qui était très appréciable. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre au premier étage donnant sur la cour arrière, donc la chambre était un peu sombre. Le principal point négatif de l’hôtel est l’absence de service de consigne pour les bagages avant le check-in et après le check-out, ce qui serait pourtant très utile pour les voyageurs.

Stilren men sliten lägenhet. Bäddsoffan var både trasig och fläckig, lister satt löst, gardiner hängde på trekvart och smuts och damm fann både under sängar och på lister. Eftersatt underhåll och dålig städning helt enkelt. Annars ett utmärkt läge nära stranden.

Sehr gute Lage und angenehm große Zimmer. Besonders positiv fand ich die unkomplizierte Online-Abwicklung von Check-in und Check-out. Einziger negativer Punkt war ein starker Abwassergeruch aus dem Badezimmer. Wir haben dies jedoch gemeldet, und es wurde sofort jemand geschickt, um das Problem zu beheben. Sehr gut waren außerdem die hervorragende Schallisolierung und die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer wirklich komplett abzudunkeln – etwas, das man in Hotels leider nur selten findet und das wir sehr geschätzt haben.

So just to clarify and help a few potential travelers: the location is truly great if you want to be centrally located and minutes from walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, etc. This is not a typical hotel with a reception desk, concierge, or restaurant. You check yourself in prior or upon arrival. It is very clean and comfortable but it is a Murphy bed. Very safe. Having a small bar or restaurant on location would be nice.

Limehouse was a well-maintained property and really clean. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer combo since we're going on our 2nd week of touring the north of Spain. There is a self-check-in process that works great, and if the code isn't provided before you arrive, it's easy to call the phone number in the reservation and they will quickly send you the code. All in all, a pleasant stay!

Limehome San Sebastián Zubieta Kalea – San Sebastián, Spain 🇪🇸 Overall, everything was perfect with this stay. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. A good option if you’re looking for a central place to stay, but just be aware that the rooms can be compact.

Location was excellent but the studio apartments are overpriced for what they are. Had the listing stated that there was no natural light due to deeply frosted windows we would have booked studio with balcony for a little more cost just to let natural light in. It felt like staying underground! We were on ground floor with very loud aircon unit next door for 2 nights. Room very small with wall fold down bed (sharp corners) with minimal space to walk around. The photo of the couch is impractical as bed needs to be folded into the wall to use. Also, very unusual not to provide shampoo in holiday accommodation. Overall I think the studio with balcony would have provided a nice stay for location despite bed type but beware of the studio only room.

No ability to hold luggage, otherwise good hotel

Communication was not good, especially about early check in - I really only found this out at the normal check-in. This is quite important as the hotel is not manned, so if you arrive early there is no easy way to store luggage there until check in is open - which made the first day in San Sebastián a bit more difficult

We were 2 min late for check out and the system locked us out. I tried to warn the company via chat bot but nothing happened. It took 45 min to connect and get in our room to retrieve our luggage. Also the room looked out over a courtyard garbage area. No view whatsoever.
