2/10 – Médiocre
There is no one in the hotel, the room doors are open, all rooms are messy and dirty. It looks like an animal house and I have the real time photos.
I waited for two hours and no one came, the phone number doesn't exist.
Shame to Expedia Customer Service Team for not resolving my problem. I'm very disappointed.
