Overall, my stay was pleasant, and the apartment's location—literally just two minutes from the boardwalk—is unbeatable. The place was cozy, but I would highly recommend the AC be upgraded to a mini-split system. While the temperature was comfortable at night, the current unit struggled during the day no matter how low it was set.

Very cute little place! Tidy, GREAT communication. Generous amount of towels and pillows. Fabulous location... quick 1 minute stroll to the boardwalk! We would stay again.

Room was just what I was looking for and steps from the beach. The parking spot was a huge bonus for my friend that stopped by or if someone had a rental as parking is expensive. Cleaning staff was super nice as I checked out and CASIOLA answered my questions right away.

Apartment was clean and just a perfect size for a couple. Modern and close to boardwalk and beach. All correspondence was great and professional. Parking on premises is great if you have a car. Definitely would go back.

This place was a crap show! We only stayed one night of our two planned nights. The first thing was the toilet didn’t flush right, but we overlooked that. The second thing was the AC could not keep up, we had to buy a fan, again we are from Florida so we overlooked that as well. The thing we could not ignore was waking up after the 1st night there and wanting to shower in the morning and could not! No water! Dribbles is all we had. This was the last straw. I had to fight to get them to agree to refund me the second night as I could not stay where I could not shower. And they never refunded the money to me, I had to fight for 2 Months!! Hotels.com finally came through and handled the refund. Absolutely unprofessional and I would never recommend them EVER! Or stay at this place again!!
