Nice staff and good amenities. There were a few things that could be better maintained, but overall I had a great couple’s weekend away :) I would definitely go back in future. If you are staying at the hotel, go around the building as the check in reception is in the back.

We enjoyed our stay but I thought the rooms should have complimentary waters Due to the fact it was an expensive place to stay Also the parking near the actual rooms was hit and miss on availability and the top car parks are really tight. All this said we enjoyed the room and our few days away with our family.

We checked out this morning and have had the best weekend. The spa facilities were amazing, the food was brilliant and genuinely a great stay. One thing that made this trip even better was the waiter in the restaurant - Louis. What a great asset to your team, constantly going the extra mile, always extremely happy and nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel extremely welcome and gave us information on the local area that was very helpful.

I paid for two nights at the Marian Hotel Unfortunately I went on a weekend bender, and missed sleeping both nights. A great resort though. The easiest money they ever earned.

The cabin was ok, wouldn’t say it was spotless though, most of the staff weren’t the best, it was like they’d just started that morning, two of them were really good though, the lovely lady on reception who was a good laugh and the Liverpool lad on the breakfast counter. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. We didn’t go in the pool or hot tub as it was swarming with kids at the times we wanted to use them and wouldn’t have been relaxing at all, possibly our fault for going in the school holidays. We would go back but mid week and not in the school holidays, also we would either have a room upstairs in a cabin or a bungalow one as you could hear people walking around upstairs. The location is quite good and in walking distance to a couple of lovely little pubs that do some nice food.

Room clean with everything you need , bathroom too hot couldn’t turn towel rail off ,could do with more privacy blinds all over cabin .All staff brilliant and informative especially young lad who served you tea at breakfast and a special thanks to Linda front of house at breakfast she was very welcoming,and a lovely lady would definitely stay again a hidden gem.Sports bar great .Taxi to Rhyl £14 phone Burts taxis

The staff were all amazingly polite, professional and helpful, with a special shout out for Linda who we dealt with us at breakfast and can i say the breakfast was lovely. The main building was spotlessly clean and modern and the health spa was fantastic. The only downside to our stay was the lodge felt tired and could have been cleaner if it had a bit more attention to detail. Also there was no aircon and they could provide enough fans for the number of lodges they have. Overall it was a lovely stay and the staff are a credit to the place.

Since we arrived and proposed to my partner the staff upgraded us, gave us extras when and where ever and couldn’t do enough for us! They were a complete pleasure to be around and they made the whole three nights amazing! We will be going back again and again every year! Special mention to Lewis! Top scouser, fellow blue and a treat! Jess and Alisha where amazing and Steph loved the little whisper in her ear!
