La chambre mérite une remise à neuf. Un bon ménage du printemps! Des toiles d'araignées un peu partout, des tâches sur la chaises les draps, le bain et sans parler du tapis. La toilette est chambranlante. La place est mal insonorisée.

The WiFi at the place did not work. Beds were clean but the walls were pretty dirty. We just needed a quick overnight bug if we were staying longer I wouldn’t have found this place sufficient. We did not have any interactions with the staff.

This place was spacious, clean and quiet. It is possible to walk in to Newburyport over the bridge to find restaurants, but if the weather is blustery, hold onto your hat (I arrived by train and took a two mile cab ride to the suites). Because there is nowhere to eat nearby, they should install a microwave. Also, there were no mugs for the coffee maker.

Everything was great. The place was clean. Nobody bothers you, and it's very private with a great deck.

The Deck restaurant bar with music was closed for the season which should have been noted at time of booking. Poorly maintained room. Shower handle was loose and may fall off soon. Bathroom door hanging off the hinge made it hard to close. No coffee cups although there was a Keurig. (Contacted host to no avail.) Walls are so thin we could hear and understand neighbors’ conversations. Late night parking lot party woke us at midnight and continued until 2am. No way to contact host. Very disappointing stay especially for the price! I do not recommend this property!

The inn was nice, very clean and comfortable and quiet. We received a code to gain entry into our room. I don’t believe there is onsite staff, which we have encountered at other places as well. We appeared to be the only folks there, we arrived after sunset and the lot was unlit, which was kind of strange. I would stay there again. There was a great breakfast place .2 miles away that we’d definitely return to if we were in the area.

We stayed one night while we were in town for a wedding. The room was clean and quiet, and perfect for a quick trip. Parking was easy. Convenient to downtown Newburyport.

There is no lobby or front desk for check in. We were sent a four digit # to get into our room. It didn’t work. There was a big storm outside and we really wanted to get in. We called the phone # given for over an hour and nobody answered. They finally sent us a six digit number that worked. No way to heat water for tea or anything else. Parking was tricky as there was a fence close behind where the cars were to park. You could only back out. This is a real bare hair operation.

It was hard to figure out the property at first because i hadn't receivedl the directions with the instrutions and code, part of the driveway was closed and the building was under construction. I found the office phone number on a door and the person there was very helpful. All good after that! Nice room.
