Though my wife and I had a beautiful experience living in a Disney feel environment, there are a couple shortcomings. The outdoor pool was closed due to “bad” weather. In our 3 day stay, it was all blue skies and no clouds, with barely a hint of a freeze. So, we couldn’t take a dip in the water, which is every tourists first option in any resort. Secondly, the limited beverage and dining options. There was no water in the room except the water dispenser, nor could we even order them. In a 4 star resort, there should be the luxury to one of the basic essentials to life, which is water. In speaking of dining, the food and cuisines were delicious, however, ridiculously expensive with limited quantity of food in our plates ( unless you choose buffet ). There were only two dining restaurants, and only a 7 eleven that was at a distance, which would require an uber just to reach there. We loved the 4 star resort environment, luxury and beautifully designed Disney themed wall, floors and ceiling and the kind employees, but if they fix these issues, we got the true 4 star vibes.
