Not happy
Paid for room and breakfast upon checking in was told i was not entitled to breakfast i contacted jotels.com and they said they had spoken go the hotel and everything was fine.The first 2 mornings were ok but the third morning i was asked for my room number and was told i hadn't paid for breakfast. I was so embarrassed and angry i font like being called a thief or a liar!I tried to explain to them that there was a problem with my booking and eventually the lady said ok it will be a mistake on behalf of Ibis Tis is all well and good but i don't like being embarrassed and making to look like a thief or liar
