Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and genuinely attentive, friendly staff. It’s a shame the weather wasn’t great, as we couldn’t fully enjoy the lovely pools and bar area. The hotel is about a 40-minute walk from Rethymnon, which is manageable and pleasant. Despite the weather, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a fantastic, relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were superb throughout our stay, genuinely friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing resort, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also ideal, with lovely local restaurants and bars within easy reach. If you’re looking for something livelier, the nearest busy town is only around 4 miles away, and the hotel is more than happy to arrange a taxi for you. A wonderful stay all round and somewhere we would happily return to.

Super tolles Hotel. Allerdings wurde nicht mitgeteilt das der Anbau vom Hotel gegenüber noch nicht fertig ist. Daher gab es tagsüber erheblichen Baulärm von Akkuschraubern, Hämmern und Bagger. Schade… Ansonsten ein Top Hotel mit sehr guter Lage…

If we had been informed when booking of the extension to the Hotel we would not have booked as noisy and spoilt the relaxing holiday in this ‘ Luxury resort’ as it’s marketed . It will be lovely when finished but we paid the price .

Very nice and luxurious experience. Breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly and helpful and the design of the outdoor space is very pretty. Our room was a bit smaller than what we expected based on the photos. But generally we had a very nice vacation.

A brilliant hotel. We felt so at peace here. We were here for a wedding nearby, and this was a piece of paradise. Set on the gorgeous beach, I could watch the waves from the pool all day. The buffet restaurant was really good too. Staff were really helpful and it was really clean. Lots of places to relax, no fight for sunbeds either. Will definitely be returning

We were disappointed with the size of the zoom. It was very tight and not enough space for luggage. The hot tub was not clean and no instructions on how to use it. Food in the bar area was excellent as were the staff there. I thought a simple request to clean our water bottles would have been doable but it was not simple to get this done. Had to ask reception but the bottles were only washed out with tap water!! They were returned empty. Other hotels we visited didn't have any issues with a simple request and they came back filled with cold water. So overall a disappointment with poor service.

Didn’t know about the extension to the Hotel and the major construction work being carried out . From 7.30 - 5pm every day . Not restful .They made me a derisory offer for the inconvenience. Maisonette rooms are small and only have limited, very short wardrobe space so be prepared to live out of a suitcase. Now the positives . Staff superb ( not management staff) beach is nice and quiet no problem getting a sub bed. Pat and Giannis and team looked after us so well. The beach and bar food is good and generous portions.The sea can be choppy and also rocky take or buy sea shoes. The area around the Hotel is OK very local and the restaurants are average. Rethymno is a 10 minute taxi ride and is a lovely town with great restaurants and shops. Nice spa and good Massages . This place will be lovely when finished in Aug 26 but at the moment it’s noisy.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach toll! Das Resort ist schön eingerichtet, und das Personal an der Bar und am Strand war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstücks- und Abendservice besteht allerdings noch Verbesserungspotenzial – hier wirkte das Team leider etwas lustlos. Die Lage des Resorts ist ebenfalls hervorragend: In nur 8 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Altstadt von Rethymno. Wir würden nochmal herkommen, aber eher nur mit Frühstück buchen.

Magiskt!

Otroligt bra service och bemötande från incheckning tills vi lämnade hotellet. Vi bodde i ett av rummen längst ut med privat pool och egna solstolar. Vi hade halvpension bokat och kvalitet på maten var bra, samt att det var en bra variation vilket man inte alltid får vid buffé. Överlag rent och fräscht och en härlig vibe! Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell och åker gärna tillbaka!

Amazing resort. Rooms were beautiful. Pools were extremely clean and the grounds were very clean. George, the young man who brought my suitcases to my room was such a sweet guy. Very thoughtful, and going out of his way to help. I would recommend this resort to anyone and I will definitely stay here in the future. Next time I come to Greece.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend! Sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Einziges Manko: Der Fernseher lässt sich nicht mit Apple Geräten verbinden.. Es ist zu beachten, dass im Buffet die Getränke (Wasse auch) separat berechnet werden.

Jättefint hotell, hög kvalitet på mat och drinkar. Fin pool, fanns gott om solsängar. Väldigt lugn atmosfär, bara vuxna. Otroligt vänlig och serviceminded personal. Området är inte det roligaste och stranden är sådär. Väldigt lyhört, man hör trafik från gatan och andra ljud, låter nästan som att dörren till rummet är vidöppen. Dubbelsängen bestod av två sängar (twin).
