2/10 Poor

Don’t get scammed! This is NOT a private room. You will share an apartment with a bunch of strangers, up to 4 persons for each room. After I booked via the app, I was informed check-in after 7pm was not possible. My plane was landing at 8pm, therefore I called to see if I could check-in at 9pm (literally a few minutes after booking). They said it was most likely not possible (mind you I was just about to board my plane, therefore I needed to know if I had a place to sleep or not!). At that moment, I also understood that it was a shared place since they kept talking about “the other people”. So apparently, there was multiple persons in each rooms and they all paid for extra persons in their room. How many people in total ? They would not tell me! Then they informed me there is nothing in the room, no tv, etc. So one room for 400$ per night with a shared bathroom for god knows how many people. And this was NOT indicated anywhere. I then asked immediately to cancel, which they refused. Even though I booked in that very same hour. Dishonest and misleading company. Hotels.com also say they have no control on this… which is also not so great.
