Sep 2, 2025The staff and the service was good. Bathroom and bed was clean but every day I killed an insect. (cockroach) That was not good. Not the best part of the city. But for this price you can only stay at capitolio.

Jul 10, 2026In a regular situation might be OK but when we were there it sustained damage from the June 24, 2026 earthquakes.
There is no restaurant in the hotel nor nearby restaurants that open before 7:00am or that remain open at 10:00pm
The neighborhood is not safe in the evening

May 26, 2026The room and bathroom was nice really good for the price but they give me the room right on the street window and it was crazy loud also the scape stair was next to me and they don’t close it so that make it louder
The only complaint apart of the laid night is the bathroom was clogged and also the shower
Front desk very nice ppl and the personal in the building
It was ok satay for emergency 1 night
My room was ready before so they give it to me 2 hours early that’s really nice
They can be better definitely
