Sep 21, 2026Location is perfect. Lose to train station and harbor and supermarket. Very nicely maintained condo hotel. All modern electronic. For non European traveller, it is better to download hotel app in advance or ask rep to add your email to app to receive verification code. All self check in, for people not used to tech. It is little bit challenging.

Sep 27, 2026The apartment was superb. Very clean. You need to upload the APP prior to arriving 100%. The 2nd bedroom was very small indeed. Our apartment view was on a side street full of garbage but that’s not the fault of the apartment I guess. Plus outside the main entrance was also lots of garbage at the collection bins that was just left on the street. Probably guests just dumping garbage! But overall we had a very good stay.

Aug 7, 2026Nice apartment hotel, clean and close to all. The major issue is a self check in with one - in machine in one building and have many doors & stairs in between the 2 buildings. Taxi drop off is at the entrance without the check-in kiosk and you got inside with stairs, doors and no sign of the check in kiosk & elevator location.
Overall, the hotel is not a user friendly, many glitches on the "high tech" - phone key, lights, stove and door. I watched many people confused, frustrated through out of my stay.

Aug 11, 2026Location and style of the rooms were great. However, they are very stingy with their amenities - they only give you 2 towels and charge you for any extra. I booked a 1 bedroom so I can use the bed and sofa bed for myself and my mom and they were trying to charge me to use the sofa bed/get linens. This was not mentioned anywhere at booking and kind of ridiculous to enforce when you purposely pay more to book a bigger place. If I knew that I would’ve just booked a normal queen bed vs a double bed room. They also charge you over $125USD for cleaning but make you do dishes/take out the trash.. why charge a cleaning fee then? Anyways, I won’t be coming back.

Wasn't terribly happy to have to download "another app" but checkin was smooth.
Main downside were the very thin pillows, we both had neck/back complaints after the first night.

Jul 18, 2026For a serviced apartment, it was acceptable. The apartment was clean and functional. It's also in a good location so easy to access they key areas of Bergen.
On the down side, the building is like an Alfred Escher design. The rooms are sign posted well enough, but you go up and down multiple stairs (with luggage!) due to multiple buildings being part of the property. The check-in was a bit complicated to get in and get keys for the rooms and the way the locks work (sometimes you need to key to lock the apartment). I also had to set up the app which is fine, but paying for the rooms since I had two rooms needed some customer support.

Jun 7, 2026The location is supreme for getting around the city. You are one block away from the harbor and no more than 15 minutes. Walk from any of the main attractions. Even the bus terminal where many of the excursions pick up from is a five minute walk. The accommodations are very clean and modern. I really did. Enjoy my stay here. Be prepared to purchase your own food, which can be helpful in saving money because Norway is quite expensive. There is a grocery store, not even five minutes walk from the location. my only complaint is that there is no water, pitcher or napkins. If you aren’t going to make coffee, you can use the coffee pot to hold water, but be prepared to purchase napkins.

Room is clean.
The key situation is absolutely dreadful. Useless is about what I can say. Rarely works and have to constantly keep restarting phone for the key to work. Not helpful at all.
Pillows are so flat and uncomfortable. Towels are tiny and not the best.
Shower is not bad at all. Cooking utensils everything you need for a studio room no problems at all.
Apartment is close to everything you need, site seeing, tour start points,. supermarkets, restaurants.

Oct 29, 2025Clean, modern and a nice size for three women. But one mirror (in the bathroom) in the entire two bedroom apartment, which isn’t great when you’re all trying to get ready at once. The key card entry was easy enough and we felt safe there. Great location, near to cafes, supermarkets and a few minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop for the airport or 10 minutes to the light rail. You can walk to Bryggen in less than 15 minutes.

Mar 2, 2026Room was in good condition. It was a very odd space in terms of shape, probably because the space was really small (not enough to open up a suitcase, except on the bed or couch). In general, things were modern and clean. Someone had been sick in the hallway, I reported it, I promptly received a reply and it was cleaned up. I did find it odd that I was expected to take my rubbish out to the bins on the street. Pillows on the bed flattened away to provide no support when you put your head on them.

The sofa needed pulling out and making up on our arrival. Furniture had to be moved to allow this as the room was so small. Not much space to move around. Slightly disappointed by the size of the room when the sofa was out.

Jun 15, 2026Stayed 7 nights. Checking in is tricky. I met someone every day at the main entrance stressed out trying to get in the building for the first time - once you figure it out it’s fine. But getting in the front door is the hardest part. Everyone is helpful that’s staying there because they’ve been through it. Just ask anyone you see for help. I would have liked our stay better had we not been on the first floor right next to where everyone smokes and had a better view than the alley with graffiti and trash cans. I had no idea Norway was so addicted to cigarettes. I haven’t seen people smoking this much since the 90s. Our windows didn’t open being on the first floor and we had to keep the door open for any airflow - which brought in the smoke smell. You can’t pick your room and they will not move you. The room was nice still and I loved having a kitchen to cook all the fresh fish we got at the market. But, if you are a plus sized person you will find the room difficult to move around. I don’t mind being on the first floor, but I do mind it’s priced the same as all upper floors when you can’t open windows or change the temperature more than 3 degrees up or down.
