The hotel is brand new and its location is excellent for walking around Budapest. 74 bus for Thermal Baths is within 20 metres of the entrance. Breakfast was good, with plenty of self-service options. Standard room was very clean, with good facilities and perhaps a little on the small side if you have lots of luggage. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, we'd definitely choose to stay here again.

For a 4-star hotel, I was really disappointed. There was a constant sewage smell throughout my stay, particularly strong in the mornings and coming from the toilet area. The bathroom layout was also quite uncomfortable — the toilet and sink are positioned so close together that you have to be careful not to bump your head. While the staff were friendly enough, the overall experience fell short of expectations, and I won’t be returning. I enjoyed a fine breakfast each morning at a different hotel a few yards down the street where the overall quality were miles better for the same price that this hotel had to offer On a positive note, the location is good if you want to explore Budapest, but unfortunately, that was the only redeeming aspect of my stay.

On other trip to Budapest that’s for sure that I will choose this same hotel to stay. All staff very supportive and helpful, reception and all the areas of the hotel very clean, housekeeping service amazing. The breakfast service was good with variety and the staff was fantastic and always happy to support if something was missing. Definitely a place to return and to suggest to my friends. Made our stay very nice and comfortable. Thank you to all staff

Egentlig et super fint hotel. Værelset var til den lille side - da der er ikke plads til at man har kuffert med. Morgenmaden var ret standard, og desværre virkede kaffemaskine og juice ikke optimalt 2 af dagene. Samtidig var der ikke nok krus og glas og der var personalet ikke særlig hjælpsomme. Der var desværre også meget støj nogle nætter på hotellet.

Helt okej för det priset. Önskade byta rum pga sängproblematik, personalen var inte alls hjälpsam till en början men löste sig. Vår våning fick strömavbrott under en timme på morgonen. Tråkig utsikt eller en del störande ljud från gatan utanför. Okej frukost, lågt utbud men tillräckligt.

A estadia de uma semana em Budapeste foi, no geral, agradável. Os quartos eram confortáveis e estavam sempre limpos, o que contribuiu para uma boa experiência. No entanto, devido à localização, as noites acabaram por ser um pouco agitadas. O barulho vindo dos quartos ao lado foi frequente e, por várias vezes, acordámos durante a noite. O pequeno-almoço é simples, mas adequado. Destaco também a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, que foram sempre prestáveis ao longo de toda a estadia.

Genel olarak bina yeni zaten, odalar ve ortak alanlar temiz, lobby ferah, kahvaltısı gayet güzel, konumu özellikle gece eğlence yerlerine (Ruin Bar) çok yakın, meşhur NewYork Cafe’ye yürüyerek 1 dk, yakınındaki metro istasyonu kırmızı hattaki Blaha Lujza Ter durağı sadece 2-3 dk, ayrıca 6 no’lu tramvay hattı yakın, buralardan yürümeden de aktarmalarla 10 dk içinde şehrin en güzel yerlerindesiniz.
